Who we are

This site is run by Hydrofex, Zagreb, Croatia (company registration in progress). You can reach us at info@hydrofex.com.

What we collect

Only the email address you enter when you sign up for launch updates.

Why, and on what basis

We use it to email you about the Hydrofex launch, and for nothing else. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it for us

• Formspree, Inc. receives the sign-up form and forwards it to our inbox. Formspree hosts its service with Amazon Web Services in the United States and relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
• Our hosting provider delivers this website and processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to serve the pages and protect them from abuse.

We do not sell or share your email address with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop sending launch updates, whichever comes first.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to give you a copy. To stop hearing from us, reply to any of our emails or write to info@hydrofex.com. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
